Renovation contractors for Enniscorthy homes
Enniscorthy has a real mix of property: older terraced houses in the town centre, 1970s and 80s bungalows on the approach roads, and newer estates on the edges of town. Each brings its own problems — uneven walls and tired pipework in older houses, dated bathrooms and kitchens in the bungalows, and unused attic space almost everywhere.
Our construction services focus on renovation and remodelling of existing domestic and residential property. We take rooms back to the bare structure, fix what is behind the surfaces, and rebuild them to a high standard with quality materials so they last.
- Full bathroom renovations, including bath-to-walk-in-shower conversions
- Kitchen renovations — units, worktops, tiling and flooring fitted and finished
- Attic conversions into a bedroom, home office or playroom
- Wall and floor tiling, plastering, skimming and patch repairs
- Flooring, doors, skirting, stud walls and other carpentry
- Drain repairs, gutters and general property maintenance
Why homeowners choose a local building contractor
Many builders in Wexford subcontract each trade, so you end up waiting on a plasterer, then a tiler, then a carpenter. We work as one crew covering carpentry, tiling, plastering, flooring and plumbing coordination, so the project keeps moving and you deal with one point of contact from the first visit to the final clean.
When you hire us you speak directly to the people doing the work — no call centre and no sales team. We keep sites clean and safe at the end of every day, which matters when you are living in the house while the work goes on.
How a project with us works
Most Enniscorthy jobs follow the same simple process. Send us a few photos and a short description on WhatsApp, or ring 089 470 4688, and we will arrange a visit to measure up. You then get a clear written quote that lists the work and materials, with no surprise extras added later.
Once you are happy, we agree a start date and a realistic timeline that suits your budget and your family or business routine. A full bathroom typically takes one to two weeks from strip-out to finish, depending on the size of the room and how much pipework needs to move. We can supply all materials, or fit tiles, sanitaryware and kitchens you have chosen yourself.
